After settling in Chennai post-wedding, Sojo's seasonal baking for friends and family during Christmas transformed into a delightful venture. Encouragement from a friend marked the beginning, with the first sale of five cakes, followed by a significant corporate order from a dear friend in the pharmaceutical industry.

As demand grew, Sojo's commitment to excellence deepened. Collaborating with her husband, a seasoned sales and marketing professional, they fine-tuned every aspect of the process—from meticulously selecting premium fruits and nuts to perfecting the art of packaging.

Each cake at Sojo's Bakes is a testament to attentive care, undergoing a meticulous journey from personally curating and soaking fruits and nuts to the precise baking process. The secret ingredient? A heartfelt prayer woven into each cake, a blessing for both the creation and the families it serves.

Behind the scenes, Sojo's husband Joshua stands as her unwavering pillar of support, actively contributing to packing and dispatching. Together, they find joy in this shared venture, fueled by the happiness reflected in their customers' faces.
